Buffy vs ADAM.

One of my favorite scenes of the show is the season 4 finale, when Buffy goes Uber slayer and the wackiness ensues.

"Restless" was where they all fall asleep and get confronted by the first slayer.
This episode was just before that.

You know, this might be my favorite villain takedown of the whole series. It's just so perfect, such a perfect encapsulation of what makes Buffy special. Unlike male heroes which so often are depicted taking down the big bad alone, Buffy called upon the powers of her friends (a typically "weak" or "feminine" thing to do in literature) and instead of the narrative deriding her as not enough of a hero to take it on herself, it rewards her with one of the coolest scenes in the entire show.
